Recipe: Black Hummus

chopped parsley |

tahini |

olive oil |

Directions:Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with water. Remove from the blender and chill
for at least one hour. Serve with pita bread and/or raw vegetables.
