Recipe: Black Hummus




Amount Ingredient
Cup(s)  *cooked, drained and cooled garbonzo beans 
Tablespoon(s)  chopped parsley 
1 1/2  Tablespoon(s)  tahini 
1 1/2  Tablespoon(s)  lemon juice 
Tablespoon(s)  olive oil 
Clove(s)  garlic 

    Directions:

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness with water. Remove from the blender and chill for at least one hour. Serve with pita bread and/or raw vegetables.
