Recipe: Warm Cannellini Bean Salad with Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

*cannellini beans; cooked and drained

goat cheese medallions; 1/2 inch thick

opal basil leaves; cut in very fine shreds to garnish
Directions:
Place warm beans, tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar &;olive oil in a bowl. Blend gently together. Correct the seasonings.
Add the basil &;scallions and toss together. Arrange goat cheese on individual plates with the bean-basil-tomato mixture.
