Recipe: Firy Pepper Oil




Amount Ingredient
  clean dry bottle 
12-15    *De Arbol chiles 
Pint(s)  olive oil 

    Directions:

    Fill a long neck bottle 2/3 full with De Arbol chiles. Pour in the olive oil until it reaches the top. It is important to make sure that no chiles are exposed to the air inside the bottle. Cover and let stand for 2-3 weeks. Then pour oil into a new bottle, and discard the old bottle. Use this oil with any dish you wish to heat up.
