Recipe: Oregon Morel Sauce




Amount Ingredient
1/4  Cup(s)  butter 
1/4  Cup(s)  minced onion 
Tablespoon(s)  minced garlic 
1/4  Cup(s)  dry white wine 
Tablespoon(s)  heavy cream 
1/2  Ounce(s)  *morel mushrooms, rehydrated 

Directions:

Saute the morel, onion and garlic in the butter until the onions are translucent. Stir in the wine and stir, simmer until the mixture thickens. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over meat, rice, potatoes or noodles.
