Recipe: Soybean Casserole with Black Trumpet Mushrooms

Directions:
Saute the onions, garlic, black trumpets and basil in butter for 7 minutes. Add the beans, rice, eggs and cheese. Stir well. Add the
mushroom water, 2 tablespoons at a time, until the mixture is moist but not runny (around 1/4-1/3 cup total). Spread in a baking pan and top with a
combination of parsley and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
