Recipe: Spicy Cashew Chicken




Amount Ingredient
1/4  Cup(s)  peanut oil 
  chicken breasts; chopped 
10    *japones chiles 
1/4  Cup(s)  chopped bok choy 
1/4  Cup(s)  chopped carrot 
1/4  Cup(s)  roughly chopped onion 
Tablespoon(s)  fresh chopped ginger 
Clove(s)  garlic, roughly chopped 
1/4  Cup(s)  oyster sauce 
1/2  Cup(s)  whole cashews 
Tablespoon(s)  soy sauce  

    Directions:

    Soak the chiles in hot water for 25 minutes or until they become soft. Saute the chicken in peanut oil on high for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, Japones chiles and vegetables, and cook until the onions become translucent. Add the cashews, oyster sauce and soy sauce and serve over rice.
