savoy cabbage; cut in julienne, blanched and cooled

yellow finn potatoes; 1/8" sliced, blanched and cooled

salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place the butter, beans, cabbage and potatoes in a large skillet and toss over high heat until hot. Correct the seasonings, toss in
the scallions and serve.
