Recipe: Swedish Brown Beans with Cabbage, Potatoes and Chives




Amount Ingredient
Cup(s)  *Swedish brown beans; cooked, cooled and drained 
Cup(s)  savoy cabbage; cut in julienne, blanched and cooled 
Small  yellow finn potatoes; 1/8" sliced, blanched and cooled 
Bunch(es)  scallions, finely chopped 
Tablespoon(s)  unsalted butter 
    salt and pepper to taste 

    Directions:

    Place the butter, beans, cabbage and potatoes in a large skillet and toss over high heat until hot. Correct the seasonings, toss in the scallions and serve.
