Recipe: Turkey with Oyster Mushrooms




Amount Ingredient
Cup(s)  chopped, cooked turkey 
2/3  Cup(s)  heavy cream 
1/4  Cup(s)  chicken stock 
Teaspoon(s)  chopped garlic 
Tablespoon(s)  butter 
Cup(s)  *rehydrated oyster mushrooms 

    Directions:

    Drain the excess water off the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms and onions in butter for 3-5 mintues. Add all of the remaining ingredients, simmer for 8-10 minutes at low heat. Serve over rice.
