Rehydrate the woodear mushrooms, and cut into chunks. Mix the water with the flour and put to the side. Saute the chicken with the
garlic and oil until the meat is cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Next, add the woodear and vegetables, and stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Add the soy
sauce, bring to a boil; add the water-flour mixture. Cook till the sauce begins to thicken. Serve with basmati rice.
