These long slices of dried cantaloupe are sure to tickle your senses! Our dried cantaloups slices are typically 3-7 inches long with a slight curve. True cantaloupes are grown in Europe and are not exported. Our American cantaloupes are actually muskmelons. They have a netted, taupe colored skin when ripe. The flesh is orange, sweet, and juicy. Cantaloupe is an excellent source of vitamin A and C.
Suggested Use:
Makes a wonderful snack as is. Can also be incorporated into desserts for an interesting texture twist on a familiar flavor!
