This is the most popular size of Fregola Sarda Couscous. It is similar to middle eastern couscous in it's versatility. Fregola Sarda is a durum wheat toasted pasta from Sardinia. The rough texture of this pasta enables sauces to cling to it exceptionally well. The toasted flavor of this couscous pairs beautifully well with our line of Wild and Exotic mushrooms. It is great as a risotto substitute, salad, side, or vegetarian entree.
