Product Info:
Pleurotus Eryngii. This variety of mushroom grows in clusters and has a trumpet like appearance. Beneath its blunt cap, the thick, white flesh is firm textured and meaty. They are harvested when they reach a few inches in length, but they can grow to be 6-8 inches in length. It is a mild flavored mushroom, similar in taste to abalone. These mushrooms are dried and sliced.

Suggested Use:
Use anywhere you want the flavor and texture of mushrooms but do not want full slices. Meatloaf, meatballs, and any other forcemeats.
